Healthy chocolate mousse

Most children hate avocados, which is a shame, since avocados are an excellent source of healthful fats. It also has other unique health benefits.

Personally, I eat avocados every day. When it comes to my children, I have to play it smart. They love avocados in smoothies and popsicles, and now – in chocolate mousse 😉

Avocados are one of the safest fruits you can buy conventionally-grown, so you don’t need to purchase organic ones. Their thick skin protects the inner fruit from pesticides.

Healthy chocolate mousse


  • 2 avocados
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tbs maple syrup
  • (1tsp lucuma powder)
  • 1/3 cups coconut milk
  • 1tsp vanilla


  1. Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth and creamy
