This Blueberry Chia Pudding is really easy and fast to make. Just remember to prepare it the day before serving, since it needs time to set (preferably overnight).
Blueberries are very low in calories (100 g fresh berries carry just 57 calories). Blueberries possess health benefiting plant-nutrients such as soluble dietary fiber, minerals, vitamins, and pigment anti-oxidants that contribute immensely towards optimum health and wellness.
I always try to use berries instead of fruits. I’m really conscious about consuming too much fructose, as I believe that it’s really detrimental to our health. But more about that later. 🙂
