White chocolate caramel truffles(paleo/vegan)

 
These paleo/vegan style white chocolate caramel truffles are so super easy and fast to make, yet they taste so delicious. The healthy coconut oil keeps you full for a long time and helps you beat sugar cravings.

 

Caramel center:
5 soaked medjool dates
1 cup shredded coconuts
1tbs pure maple syrup

 
White chocolate frosting:
3 tbs coconut oil
1tbs pure maple syrup

 

Instructions:
Process the caramel center ingredients and roll into balls. Freeze.
Mix frosting ingredients, and coat balls. If the frosting is too liquid, put it in the fridge for a while.
